Payment Methods

All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but any changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
The total amount payable includes the course or service fee and any applicable taxes. Additional fees may apply depending on your chosen payment method or location.
Payment Authorization
By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the specified payment method. You authorize us to charge the full amount due to the payment method provided at the time of purchase.
Billing Cycle
For one-time purchases, payment is due immediately upon enrollment or purchase. For subscription-based services, you will be billed on a recurring basis according to the billing cycle selected during enrollment.
Recurring charges will continue until you cancel your subscription in accordance with our cancellation procedures.
Payment Processing
Payment processing typically occurs immediately upon order confirmation. In some cases, authorization and settlement may take additional time depending on your financial institution.
We are not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or financial institutions.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails due to insufficient funds, expired card details, or other reasons, we will attempt to notify you via email. Access to paid services may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.
You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is current and accurate.
Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by our separate Refund Policy. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Taxes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account and services.

We reserve the right to modify pricing for our services at any time. For subscription services, price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle following notification.
